1. Have passion in what you do. This is the main difference between a mediocre output and a good one.
2. Be PROACTIVE and not REACTIVE. Don’t wait for things to happen…make things happen.
3. Don’t compare…it will only frustrate you…do what you are supposed to do and do it well…and then some…4. Always look for the next best answer…never be satisfied with the status quo…
5. Always do self-reflection…in whatever you do…it will help you improve, give you space and rejuvenate you…

What you've written is totally true. Passion is a key word in the work environment but also in life in general. It's just a way of being, in my opinion, the best to get the best.
I can see your French is very good ! Nice improvement dear broth'-in-law... looks like it's my turn to learn more about Malay, lah ! :-)
See U soon in Singapore, though it'll be for a short while as you have to go to a mission.
